• Account Information: Email address, name, and profile picture from your Google account (via OAuth)
• Call Data: Phone numbers you call, call duration, and timestamps
• Payment Information: Handled securely by Stripe. We DO NOT store credit card numbers or payment details

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide Service: Process calls, manage your balance, and handle payments
• Improve Service: Analyze usage patterns to improve call quality and features
• Customer Support: Respond to your questions and troubleshoot issues
• Billing: Generate call history and billing records

3. Data Sharing

We share your data with trusted third parties only as necessary:

• Twilio: Telecommunications provider for call processing
• Stripe: Payment processor for secure transactions
• Google: For OAuth authentication

We DO NOT sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.

4. Call Privacy

• We DO NOT record your phone calls
• Call content is encrypted end-to-end using WebRTC
• We only store metadata (duration, phone number, timestamp) for billing

5. Data Security

• All connections use HTTPS encryption
• Passwords and credentials are never stored locally
• Payment data is processed by Stripe (PCI DSS compliant)
• JWT tokens expire after 7 days

6. Data Retention

• Account Data: Retained while your account is active
• Call History: Retained for 1 year for billing purposes
• Payment Records: Retained for 7 years (legal requirement)

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your data
• Delete: Request deletion of your account and data

• Export: Download your call history
